We have just returned from our first weekend in our new house at Pinada Del Mar Menor. We completed at the end of July but this was the first chance we had to visit. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for making the process run so smoothly. In particular I would like to thank Frank and Jeanette ,Webster who offered lots of advice and practical help taking away much of the stress of trying to organise things over such a distance.
Finally am I correct in understanding that now the sale is complete we will be refunded the cost of the original inspection flights.
Once again thankyou and we will certainly recommend your company to colleagues who may be considering buying in Spain.

Camposol, Villa
Dear Janet,
Just a quick line to say that as promised the villa was ready and we moved in on 15th July. Ann and I would like to thank the whole Propertunities team both in the UK and Spain for the service and assistance that we have received over the past two years or so. Buying a property in Spain whilst based in the UK would have been difficult enough, living and working in Azerbaijan poses additional problems not least the distances involved and certain communication problems. I am pleased to say that these were overcome and that no request was too small to be promptly attended to, it has made the whole experience pleasant and stress free. We will certainly recommend Propertunities whenever the opportunity arises in future and will use your services again should another property become an option.
Once again, thanks for everything and feel free to use my comments above to further promote Propertunities.

Just a short note to say thank you and your staff for the excellent service we received on our recent inspection trip.
From the moment we were meet by Jan at Murcia airport to the moment we were delivered for our homeward journey by Frank the service and attention to detail could not have been better.
Everyone, including the hotel staff were considerate and attentive.
We must also thank you for your most helpful follow up service, including your introduction to HIFX, who we are now dealing with.
No doubt we shall be in contact with you in the future.

We are writing to express our sincere thanks for the assistance given by your company. The experience for us of buying in Spain, which could have been very traumatic, was totally enjoyable, stress free and even fun! Quite a result as my daughter, Lucy, is seven and a half months pregnant.
We cannot speak highly enough of you and your colleagues, and will have no hesitation in recommending others here who are interested in purchasing in Spain, and we will obviously know where to come for our next property. |

We have just returned from an inspection visit and as a result have purchased our retirement villa at Roldan.
From the very start when we received your brochure, we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the company.
Sheila helped us plan a convenient date for our visit, and gave lots of advice about the properties that were suited to our price range and requirements. Her friendly manner put us immediately at ease, as we did not want any pressure in what was a very important decision for us.
Our travel arrangements, airport transfer and hotel check-in went perfectly. From then on we were in the safe hands of John Lenihan. He gave us so much information and a vast knowledge of every area we wanted to see. He was excellent company and made our visit very enjoyable. We saw everything we had asked to see on our visit, even though this meant a lot of driving and long hours for John. He arranged for Julie to take us to the Camposol site and she too was very friendly and professional. Throughout our stay there was no pressure whatsoever.
Our final decision on the villa was absolutely right. The location, price and property was exactly what we wanted. John organised the solicitor and bank manager appointments and went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly. He truly is a treasure!!
Since our return, Sheila has contacted us and told us who will be our co-ordinator. We know we will be in safe hands and will not be left just to get on with it now the sale has been made.
We will have no hesitation in recommending your company to our friends and family.

We have just returned from completing on our villa at Camposol & we just had to write to let you know just how wonderful your team at Camposol are.
We had a difficult week due to the illness & non contactability of our legal representative or her secretary & your team were more than helpful & walked us through wat we had to do. We consider their help was over & above the call of duty. So a very big thank you to Beryl, Bill, Julie & David.
Thank god for people like them, it quite restores your faith in human nature.

Just a note to say a big `thank you` for all your patience and help last weekend. I didn't think that Les would felt assured enough to take the plunge.
Everyone here has been very supportive and envious since we've been back.
